What types of balloons do you offer?
We offer latex, mylar, and biodegradable balloons in various shapes, colors, and sizes.
Can you handle large-scale events?
Absolutely! We are equipped to manage large-scale decorations for corporate events, large parties, and community gatherings. We can customize our services to accommodate any size event.
How far in advance should I book your services
For small to medium events, book at least two weeks in advance. For larger events, please book one month ahead.
Can I choose specific balloon colors for my event?
We do our best to honor all color requests; however, balloon colors are subject to inventory availability at the time of your event. We typically source materials 2–3 weeks in advance, but due to the national latex shortage and the nature of filtered images on platforms like Instagram, exact shades cannot be guaranteed.
For installations requiring very specific shades, your order must be placed at least one month in advance and will include a 5% design fee.
Do you provide eco-friendly balloon options?
Yes, we offer biodegradable latex balloons that decompose faster than regular latex balloons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 and 9 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event date are non-refundable.
